This Privacy Policy describes how the CRC Finance Analysis Tool (the “Tool”), an internal application operated by Canada Rocket Company (“we,” “us”), accesses and handles data. The Tool is used solely by authorized Canada Rocket Company personnel and is not offered to, or made available to, the public.
When connected to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API, the Tool accesses Canada Rocket Company’s own accounting records — including financial reports, general ledger entries, accounts, and transactions — for internal financial analysis. The Tool operates on a read-only basis and does not create, modify, or delete records in QuickBooks Online.
Accessed data is used exclusively for Canada Rocket Company’s internal financial analysis, reporting, and planning. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on Canada Rocket Company’s own devices and are used only to authenticate API requests. Financial data retrieved through the Tool is processed locally and is not transmitted to any external service other than Intuit’s API endpoints. Access to the devices running the Tool is restricted to authorized personnel.
Authentication tokens are retained only as long as the connection to QuickBooks Online is active and are revoked when no longer needed. No copies of accessed financial data are shared externally.
The Tool relies on Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API. Data obtained through that API is subject to Intuit’s own terms and privacy practices, available at intuit.com/privacy.
