This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the CRC Finance Analysis Tool (the “Tool”), an internal application operated by Canada Rocket Company (“Company”). By using the Tool, the user (“you”) agree to these terms.
The Company grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool solely for the Company’s internal financial analysis and reporting. The Tool is for internal use only and is not licensed or distributed to the public.
You may not (a) use the Tool for any purpose other than the Company’s internal business; (b) share access credentials or authentication tokens with unauthorized parties; (c) copy, distribute, or sublicense the Tool outside the Company; or (d) use the Tool to access data other than the Company’s own accounting records.
The Tool accesses data through Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API. Your use of such data is subject to Intuit’s applicable terms of service. The Company is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Intuit.
The Tool is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Tool will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
